This song is by far my favorite from Red's second album, and the drum part is difficult enough to make it a challenging cover, but solid enough to allow for some tricks and improv. I cannot stress enough the positive effect Red's tunes have had on my life. They have excelled as a Christian band without watering down their Godly message like so many others have. The song performed here is "Shadows," from Red's second studio album, 'Innocence & Instinct' (Sony Music Entertainment, 2009). Good work, just consider buying some simple digital recorder like zoom h2n, it will make your covers sound much better. You can sell a crash to get it =) Anyways - thumbs up!

Really Awesome! Some people were just born to play the drums, and I think you are one of them. I also love "Shadows," and play it over and over sometimes to help me get motivated. My brother is a drummer and I'd love to show him this video. Question, how did you shoot all the angles? That's a nice touch.

@freetobeme03 i'd be honored if you showed him it man. and i basically memorize the song and play it the exact same way while recording from different angles and then take the parts i like best to make the song. this way it still flows but stays interesting too. hope that helps!
