Using poor lighting conditions; in a basement with 2 spot lights and raised blinds on a window. A very inexpensive Creative Labs external mic was used for audio capture. I believe considering these less than ideal conditions, the quality of both video and audio is more than acceptable. Outdoor results, wil be significantly better! I'm definitely investing in the Nikon ME-1 mic.
Settings were in Full Auto Mode, Auto F, 1080p at 30fps.

  • Ahhhhh nice no af sounds

  • Point partially made aznprelude18, however what I did here represents 80% of shooting situations for the average Joe.

  • You really didn't change the depth of field much to force the camera to focus significantly. I'm sure everyone was dying to know if the external mic really does get rid of the noise. Kind of a useless movie, no real good information or tests.

  • I won this camera for a photo contest and its amazing I would love to see more videos on how to use this camera for night portraits or macro please post on my wall if you have new videos thank you!!!!

  • Not bad.
