Isle of Wight Magistrates Court security making threats of violence

Security guards have stolen our leaflets and destroyed those that members of the public had taken for their information and then they resorted to threats of violence! Nice!

I was providing information to defendants.

I am informed by my solicitor ( you can have a solicitor without being a criminal) that this "man" has now been sacked.

I worked for HM Prison Service in category A and B prisons, and I can assure you Prison Officers cannot behave in this way.

And to even the balance there are some very professional and very personable staff at IW Magistrates court, however this man was not one of them.

The police and Court officials want me to go to court on 9/3/10 to answer 'allegations' of breach of the peace x5, I have declined, seeing as my life has been threatened. Apparently that doesn't matter!

Court Officials at the Isle of Wight Court claim that they have viewed this footage and that their staff have not acted inappropriately and that can't hear any swearing, of course they have failed to look at their inhouse CCTV or they would never come to that conclusion - they claim we, on the other hand were 'a nuisance'.

Laughable really like the 'Justice system'.

These people put on a uniform and act like Nazis underneath they are Human Beings, but they are operating a program called fear.

It is great to see yet more people who understand the deception. Statutes are just the rules of their society and we do not have to consent to them.

I am indeed taking it further and thank you so much for your support, I currently have 2 formal complaints against the IW Police for unlawful arrest, and I have sent this to the press, the police are obviously not the ppl to sort it out.
