The chaos that the world is facing today is a product of the increasing social and economical inequality among humans on the national and global level. The fight against poverty and social inequality should be a global one; only here are we able to correct a gathered market where everybody can get an equal chance. That is unfortunately not what we see in the global society today. The world market is ruled by great companies and investors, and controlled custom duty and government subsidized agriculture that outmatches smaller producers. The missing right of property in the third world makes it easy for corrupt officials to sell out the land and the natural resources, which leaves those countries with no economic chance. In statistics we see the third world rise, but that's not the actual case. The rich get richer and the poor are still left behind, which has now created the largest welfare gap we have ever seen.
Looking in our own backyard we see the same results. Since 2001 the estimated number of people living in poverty has increased by 40% in Denmark. The golden class earns twenty times more in monthly salary than people receiving unemployment benefit. The biggest portion of the lower class is composed of immigrants who at the same time struggle with language and cultural differences, therefore automatically placing them on a low social level.
