Add power to your serve by using more leg drive and tossing more inside the court. A fast tennis serve is also a result of having a loose arm.

    I love it when these morons try to correct a teacher on something so insignificant as a foot fault. This guy is demonstrating a top spin serve with excellent form.

  • front leg so it doesnt mess up your ball toss and when u throw the ball up u move your wieght back into your back leg
