BP pays out ONLY after you agree NOT to sue! Ed Show

from the Ed Shultz Show, attorney Jeffrey Breit, working on behalf of 600+ Gulf Coast fishermen, discusses the 20 billion dollar fund BP set aside for damages. Will it be enough? Isn't BP responsible for much more damage than that in terms of dollars and destruction?

Note: After giving just a little more than 3 minutes on the entire subject, Shultz carves out 20 seconds to tell us Brad Pitt is willing to be hypocritical about his anti-death penalty views in the case of whoever is at fault for the oil eruption in the gulf. Why anyone should really care about that is unclear but what is clear is that celebrity worship is held in very high regard at MSNBC.
