Vegetables have plenty of vitamins, nutrients and should be a primary part of your diet along with fruits, meats, and grains. If your vegetables are improperly prepared they can be less nutritious and not as healthy to consume. I demonstrate a way to cook your vegetables without losing important vitamins and minerals your body needs. Why dump your vitamins down your sink? Should we boil, steam or fry our vegetables? If you enjoy green beans and potatoes then you will love them even more when prepared this way. You may also try so many other vegetables, the sky is the limit!

  • Thank you Karen! Yes it seems I went from 250 LBS down to 243 LBS during my revised diet plan. I ride bikes with my daughters 3 to 5 times a week for a few hours a day. My blood pressure dropped 2o points since I started this dietary program of mine.

  • There is no way on earth those potatoes are even remotely cooked. Of all vegetables potatoes should be slightly overcooked with no crunch whatsoever.

  • I think your beans are over-steamed. I did mine like yours and they tasted very bad.

  • just strir fry them in butter and enjoy life
