We're just getting warmed up!
Too many rants to be had to stop at just one.
But for now, here's one to kick off with!

If you want to rant to us about anything that bothers you (no matter how small), feel free to post a comment or a video response.

  • you're not overreacting! totally agree, it's an awareness issue,we need enough people to take notice, together we can make a difference!

  • Fair call man...only 8 months later...i've since moved on.

Thanks for the rather frank assessment.

Hope you take as good as you give...

    All the best.

  • Shit rant. Its anti theft. look how many cds jb stores have in stock, there is simply no way they can store that many cds behind the counter, and still give reasonable service. They carry more genres then Sanity, that idea is just balls out fail.

The reason we stick it to the case, is because the plastic wrap is easily removed, and once that metal tag is gone, the door alarm wont work.

Suck it up, if you peel them slowly, they come off fine.

  • I have the same problem... one particular CD I bought I tried to get rid of the sticky stuff left behind with some metho.

All it did was spread the adhesive across the cover, which dried up all white and warped the case - so in the end I had to replace the case

They could at least use a different type of adhesive.

  • Good rant.

  • think it from another aspect ... the more cds that get stolen the more jb will charge to cover the theft

  • Is this a cleaning show? C The Singing JournaliST YOUTUBE. And comments on this VID

  • If you put turps on it; won't it eat the plastic. I know citrus cleaner will. Use windex product for windows.

  • well it seems to be an issue however i love the dvds i buy that have a security sealant on the top and bottom as well as the wrap and then the inch long white security label its like there top secret stuff in there , anyways theres a store called entertain mart that has thier own stickers on all used items when you pull it off all you see of the crud is what spells out void so there's a bunch of tu=iny sticky voids on the controllers mind you and it is annoying and you get a ruined controller

  • we have this same problem in the US with our store Best Buy, its really bad with the dvds that have a 3 inch strip of CRAP stuck to it forever.
