How do you store the left over roasted garlic?

@puggychu you can store it in an airtight container (or wrapped in foil) and pop it it right in the fridge!

when you put it on top of bread, doesn't it become garlic bread? or have the taste of it? I'm usually not a big fan of garlic but this looks delicious!

@swu1381 It does... sort of. The only difference is that roasted garlic is much sweeter than regular garlic so the flavor is slightly different!

I spread this on roasted vegetables and then put them under the broiler. Amazing!

Cz I'm Asian, we cook many different way and thats one of them. I suggest try sesame oil with garlic!
