The summer never ends with Photo Beach, an innovative and funny application that turns your Photos, Images and Music Album Artworks in grains of sand you can play with by moving, tilting, rotating and touching your iPhone or iPod Touch.
Thanks to an advanced engine that is able to convert any kind of picture in a myriad of little pieces, you can transform in sand creations an endless number of pictures to pick from your:
1) Camera: Take a photo with your iPhone.
2) Image Library: Add a picture from your iPhone or iPod Touch photo albums.
3) Music Library: Select an iTunes illustration from your music album collection and play the song.
Once added, you can edit the picture to turn into sand: use the one-finger drag to move the picture around, and pinch in and out to zoom in and out on it. A double tap will restore the default selection. Now you can also rotate the picture.
Then choose a beach among 10 suggestive sand textures and be prepared for something really spectacular and funny to play.
A cascade of sand falls and gradually fills the screen.
The grains move on the screen according to your movements, tilts and rotations.
When the particles settle one by one your picture takes form as drawn in the sand.
The grains are generated both automatically, putting the device upright, than manually, touching the screen... the sand literally jumps out of your finger.
In any case the sand particles will always fall and react as real.
A very stylish interface let you easily change the sand texture and see the different results in real time over your image.
You can restart or save your sand creation at any moment you like.
