Was in a building when a microburst went directly over it. Didn't know what was going on other than a roar and the ceiling tiles literally rippled in a wave above us. Can't imagine being in the path of a full out tornado like this
Yeah, sometimes they have to angle the camera down to protect it from wind, debris, and rain. Especially loose debris floating around that was sucked up from the tornado and spat back out a little ways from it.
@KaylaTheGinger13 Same here! you're not alone! haha my friends think im weird cause i like tornadoes and they say im evil because i like tornadoes and they tear up cities and kill people. So i tell them i dont like to see damage and injuries i would prefer it to be in a wide open field but you can't control mother nature.
@hamlinfanVA yea not to often get to see it by helicopter, but they did get the monster moore/bridgecreek F5 1999 tornado by helicopter to, which had amazing ariel footage
