The State's Star Witness

Tim Burke's star witness in the Joan Webster investigation and the Marie Iannuzzi murder case is two time murderer Robert Bond. Excerpts are from the Bond parole hearing on 4-19-2011 for the murder of Mary Foreman. The audio in the parole board's video transcript is out of sync, and the quality not that great.. The hearing lasted more than two hours, and the excerpts are reflective of the entire proceeding. Notice the pause in the 2nd segment where Bond describes his enemies in the penal system because he testified in other murder cases for the Commonwealth. There were undecipherable comments at the board's table, and then the subject changed. The board stifled reaction to the ludicrous attempt for Bond to try and disconnect the 2 murders he committed, but the state is attempting to disconnect Bond from his allegations in 2 other murders. This was an open hearing, and I am certified with the MA Department of Corrections on the victim list. Regardless, Chairman Josh Wall denied the opportunity for the statement to be given publicly, in effect protecting those that promoted the Bond story. Why do the Websters support the story contrived by Bond with authorities? Who in their RIGHT MIND would believe this person?
