DOCTOR WHO - THE MONDAS CYBERMEN [ BRING THEM BACK !!!!! ]

Series 5 of Doctor Who will be featuring the Parallel Earth Cybermen . . . .

and i for one am getting sick to death with them !!!!! .

The Series needs the original Cybermen back ! , the Cybermen of OUR Universe , from the long dead Planet Mondas .

They havint been featured in Doctor Who since 1988's Silver Nemesis , and their return is long overdue since the Show returned in 2005 .

It's time the Shows Creators " DELETE " the Parallel's , and bring back the Mondasian's , the TRUE CYBERMEN of Doctor Who , with an all new design , and new abilities and such , and re-claim there Seat in the Doctor Who Hall of fame for the Shows Monsters and Villians !!!! .

I think that the cybermen in series 5 and 6 are intended to be mondas cybermen, but their wasn't the budget to make new cybermen only to be written off as a cameo.

even in closing time which is the first cybermen story in a while they aren't in in enough to change them.

Also in series 6 the cybus logo is gone.

I think the next time cybermen will come back will hopefully be in a big cyberman plot with newly designed cybermen that look like the ones from Moon base

@SteelGoronNidoking Interestingly, it was said that new look Cybermen where to appear in this years series according to Doctor Who Wiki, seen in a Pyramid which I assume was the one we saw in this years finale, but offcourse, all we got was the bleeden parallel ones yet again.

They should combine the weapons of the classic and the armor of the new because the old ones had wires that could be pulled off and the gold weakness thing ;)

Yes I agree, now they have! But in Cybus Industries form. I love the look of the new Cybermen, and them in our universe, fabulous. Our Universe Cybermen in Cybus Industries form, and now it's happened. But i think they should bring back some old Earthshock ones though!

@2doctors2000 I rather like think the Cybus ones where in the recent episode, just decided to get rid of their Cybus logo, since they are never going back to their own Universe and old Cybus Industries clearly dont exist anymore back in theIr Universe.

I don't hate the Parallel Cybermen, but I still miss the classic ones... they were more interesting in my opinion. And I don't understand why the Cybermen had to be "re-invented" in another universe in the first place... I mean, the Daleks weren't... and John Lumic could have easily been someone in our universe who built a Cyber-Army after the Mondasian Cybermen influenced him and/or promised him immortality. Also, what was wrong with Cybermen simply "destroying" people?

yeah I heard about the new look cybermen.

I imagine they wear pushed back to series 7 as it is to expensive to change them for a very minor appearance.

Steven Moffat has said that those wear mondas cybermen they just look like the parallel ones.

TBH I don't see why they couldn't have digged out the old costumes for those episodes but still...

When the NEW Cybermen appeared, I HATED them!

They just copied the Iron Man 1st movie armor!

All that's needed is arc reactor to be Iron Man.

They lost the cyborg aspect of replacing human parts with better parts.

Silver Nemesis Cybermen moved like a human for the most part.

Would the current ones be able to pick something off the floor even?

And the dialog..

How does cybernetic = talking in strangled clipped computer terms?

YES YES AND MORE YES.... awww man i hate the new cybermen. A... They don't rely on logic and are just stupid machines as a result. B. 'You will be like us' is a way cooler catchphrase than 'delete' and makes more sense with what they do.. C. They look like they have been created by LORD ZEDD. I know its only fiction but still, way to kill the thrill. :P (end rant)

indeed they should. the Mondas/Telos Cybermen were scary and awesome.

the new cybermen make no sense. one minute, they're all sucked into the void. then the next, they have a Giant Space Empire.

i don't mind the new Cybus ones, but they are nothing compared to Mondas/Telos ones
