National Buy a Book by a Black Author and Give it to Somebody Not Black Month

Author Carleen Brice officially welcomes whites into the African American section of the bookstore, and asks that in December everybody buy a book by a black author and give it to somebody not black. Please note the Tattered Cover Book Stores do not do not have an African American fiction section. They were kind enough to allow me to film in one of their stores, but they don't endorse this video and it doesn't reflect their store policies or opinions.

LOL...I love it! You are so cool for creating this. Very true. However, for a people who were enslaved for 300-400 years, in some aspects (About 150 years later??) we are doing okay. Remember, european-american's writing has been more acceptable in this country since it first began. This is part of the reason why black's section is so small.
