THANKS YOU SO MUCH FOR THE DEMO....This is way better than I could have emagined, @ .5 GPM..... I am totally off grid and getting a shower is just out of the questian...Finally, with this, I will know the pleasure of a shower...THANK YOU!!!
I heard from the company Bricor that they can give you any flow rate for your shower-head that you want based of your showers static line water pressure. I measured mine and it was right in between 40-45 psi. I told Bricor and ordered a 1.0 gpm B100MAX from them. Upon receiving the shower-head I was a bit skeptical to as its actual flow rate so I preformed a flow rate test with a buket and a timer. It seems as if my shower-head runs right at about 1.01 gpm if a had to guess. GREAT SHOWER!
Just got mine in the mail. Spoke with a rep from bricor on the phone for about 15 minutes before purchasing. He said for my use, which will be in apartments, it would be my best bet to get the head cut to .75gpm for the ladies, so they can rinse their hair well. So that's what I did. Bought one for my house first, works great. Seems to be hotter water than my old showerhead, maybe I can turn down the water heater. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
I'm getting the feeling you want me to read between the lines and assume, when looking for a conventional shower experience, this showerhead stinks. Will I be disappointed in my shower coming from 2.5 gpm? 1.5? How disappointed? Is the Bricor Max a better alternative at its 1gpm? Assume I'm not an RV owner or exceptionally green-minded. What do you recommend?
For many, moving f/ 1.5 gpm to .55 means that $75 is no hurdle at all in a short period of time. The crux is experience. How is it?
