Your greed pushed this program through to gauruntee sales and then what happened? Ohh, poor pig farmer, it turns out that crackheads don't eat and buy booze with that meat money. Demand goes down. No american, or anyone deserves to eat meat without earning it. No meat for welfare. That would end this crap. And next when they are all fat and unhealthy in a few years i will be forced to pay for thier healthcare. So, So stupid these RH+'s are.

My last suggested option, is rather than redirect each citizen's money back to the States in the form of grants, why not just decrease the budget and therefore, each person's tax, by the amount of entire this program and let the States do it from the beginning, That is an immediate tax cut for every citizen, but, alas, it does start to decrease the size of 535 people's power base.Thus, like changing the tax code, it will never get past the talking stage, too much power would be lost.
