  • @MyTheraf So what miraculous substances are exclusive to Olive Oil that can not be found elsewhere?

  • @MyTheraf Eat olive oil if you want to get gallstones. Eating lots of refined fats like olive oil is not healthy for your liver. Your body doesn't even recognize olive oil because it is not a whole food.

  • This guy is ridiculous with his claims. I would even say dangerous. Olive oil is very healthy.

  • @adrygarcia Thanks!

  • @DCVU2 nope if the oil is unrefined and raw and you're doing a LOW CARB DIET.

But If you're doing a High carb diet, oil the worse thing you can eat, because is 100% fat and fat blocks the insulin receptors, so: Fat + Carbs = blood sugar, (sugar issues). But id you're doing a low carb diet not problem at all.

  • So, is there something wrong with consuming Olive or Coconut oils?

  • @Gary1111001 the problem I have with glucose is how ruminants have adapted a fatty diet of 70% VFA and 30% microbial protein. This assumes the similar aspects of digestion between us.

Enzyme and vitamin rich Ketogenic diets can't be sustained long term? I wager they can. Especially if they are quickly assimilated short and Medium-chain fatty acids with minimal liver impact.

Ferment your carbs and you'll get protein, vitamins, enzymes, and volatile fatty acids. Palpitability is another question.

  • @ParapaDrifter Our bodies make a lot of things. Oil is one. We're chemical factories.

A 10% fat diet is enough to maintain our bodies oil. The body mostly uses glucose; and the best (body-friendly) source is fruit.

  • Isn't your skin... mostly oils?

  • @mrbunnylamakins I have two Friends that go to Israel every year, there are still sheep herders that live/stay in Caves. You statement is based on blind ignorance sorry to say, not to mention there are dozens of videos on youtube from Mexico, Spain and Buddhist living in caves. Unless you don't know how to use Google...just type in "Cave Dwellers and you can find hundreds of NEW stories of people living in caves all over the world and Middle East.
