Abridged version of the movie "Santa Claus Conquers the Martians" (1964). If you find this six and a half minutes hard to sit through, just imagine watching the whole movie. Santa does in fact pwn the Martians by the end, at least the bad ones. However, they also kill two of his elves, so I guess it just goes to show that in war nobody really wins.

  • This was shown on New Zealand TV a few weeks ago. My wife refused to let me watch more than ten seconds of it. A pity, this film is so insane, it could well be worth a look.

Then again...I think "Plan nine from outer space" is a classic.

  • You can get the whole film for free at the internet film archive online, I think. However, it basically isn't worth watching. This six minute clip pretty much shows everything of interest in the entire movie. I know the beeps are annoying tho. Also I think they did an MSTK3000 episode featuring this.

  • dude plz find another censor beep, i mean i get the joke and everything, but my ears are bleeding now.

btw, the guy who played torg is uncredited wich is a shame.

  • this was pretty early in me posting videos on youtube, which is why the censor beep is so different in volume. i'd do it better now, but i'm not really aching to redo this post

  • Who wrote this and why, god ,why?

  • As a star vehicle for Pia Zidora maybe? This was at the height of a trend of Sci-Fi movies in hollywood. I'm not sure who the producers were. I'd look it up, but after editing this I don't know where I stored the original file.

  • torg is the most epicly desinged robot in sci fi

  • PMSL it's so bad its funny

  • @CoelacanthsAura They didn't spend "millions of dollars" on it. It was filmed in a warehouse on Long Island and according to IMDB had a budget of $200,000. Keep in mind that it was released as a kiddie matinee and aimed at small children (who were probably dumped off at a movie theater while their mothers did Christmas shopping.) So nobody expected a classic, and a lot of the silliness and corny humor was obviously thrown in on purpose. It was like a lot of kids' TV at the time.

  • This is the worst idea for a movie EVER. Who wrote this? Martians vs. Santa. WHO WOULD SPEND MILLIONS OF DOLLARS MAKING THIS?

  • @35 sec. what the FUCK!! *throws off headphones*
