Haha, you didn't see the 15 minute section I cut out of me failing in more painfully :) I found this game incredibly difficult to play, perhaps because it's not the kind of game I would usually play.

But then again you've only played the first Metal Gear Solid which was what? 15 years ago? You haven't really played that much games then.

I think you should reserve your judgement on it when you actually play the game (though I wouldn't pay full price for it- give it a rent).

Granted it's a game that's fast paced and appeals to people who like the old DMC, Vanquish, or Bayonetta (the crazy stylish combo crowd) but it's a fresh take on the series taking to a whole different direction (from a spinoff - which is a complete entity from the other series) while maintaining it's over the top story line from the previous series.

Hey I know how to use it no problem. You just have to learn control like in every other game. Dont expect it to be Like every first person shooter.

Oh come on. Having the camera mapped to right stick in one mdoe and then left stick on the other mode has nothing to do with "learning the game" or "playing thetutorial". That is just bad design.

i like MG series, i like the story, i like the looks, i like they went hak and slash on it, i just done like the gameplay... from the demo and thats pretty much the bigest thing about a game isnt it

I dont like it... and in the way i see it... its better to start a new game with diferent name, than simply turn the reality from games into something totaly diferent, just to keep "Milking" the brand name... which is ridiculous... some games have their own identity, this own lost it totaly to become a crossover between many tittles just to become more popular or acessible to people who enjoy sci-fi like you.

Guys dont make game play with out playing tutorial or reading the guide comes with the game. Specially if your gonna make it look and sound bad. Plus you know nothing on metal gear.
