The title is, I cannot be first. Literally it is first (tee neung) cannot (mai wai) It's about a boy who wants a girl, but she has another boy and he is saying he accepts she wants him to be first and the he will be second, but he still wants her. I think there is a submessage there as in opening her rosebud...I'm not Thai and I am still a beginner, but that's roughly what I get from this song. I hope that helps you.
