Americans just act martial at the shooting range, where nobody shoots back, but when it comes to using all these firing goodies against the dictatorship coming, noone will have the courage, as no American has really stood up concerning 3.000 lives sacrificed in a flase flag at 911 by the enemy within - just a whole lot of roaring and bragging. It will only take an advancement in materials engineering, some sort of reinforced polymer or better adhesives. It's already possible to 3d print in metal but it's prohibitively expensive and a little risky to operate.
