Loyalist Michael Stone avenges IRA massacre of protestants in Northern Ireland

After decades of IRA ethnic cleansing against protestants in Northern Ireland some Loyalists were questioning whether they were being adequately protected by the British Army and Ulster police.

Innocent civilians were being massacred by Irish Republican terrorists and almost all of them were protestants. The IRA routinely planted bombs in civilian protestant areas with the sole purpose of killing as many people as possible.

Eventually some militant Loyalists decided the only way to get the IRA to stop was by assassinating the gang's leading members. The Ulster Freedom Fighters and Ulster Volunteer Force began targeting leading IRA terrorists and killed dozens of them in Northern Ireland.

Loyalist hero Michael Stone decided to ambush an IRA show of strength at Milltown cemetery in Belfast in 1988 in order to raise global awareness of what the IRA were doing to innocent protestant civilians.

He attacked the funerals of three IRA terrorists which were being used as a display of IRA propaganda and anyone in attendance were either IRA members or staunch followers. No innocent civilians were targeted in this attack.

For the protestant people of Northern Ireland - who had suffered so much in the previous decades - this attack was revenge and many enjoyed watching senior Provos like Martin McGuinness and Gerry Adams run like scared little girls once the bullets and grenades started flying!

Ulster is British - No Surrender.
