Today I watched a jet turn on the aerosols - cross the sun and turn them off....it was so darn obvious... the "contrail" afterwords dissipated in seconds while the chemical cocktail left behind made a "white cloud" although it was only temporary today as it wasn't a massive spray and it was windy.
