Monthly Siren Test for Mississippi State University

After the siren starts wailing I pan to the right and to the right of the Red leafed tree in the middle you can see a pole mounted siren. MSU is located in Starkville, MS (Oktibbeha County)

@xthemwordx they are called DTMF tones.. whoever is operating the siren sends them to the siren and it tells the siren what to do.. like one DTMF tone tells it to do a wail and anotehr tells it to do alert.. etc. etc.

they're on a college campus and there are many of them (7 to be exact) so that voice calls can be heard clearly, like in case of a shooter on campus.
