The dosa is a very common dish in southern India. It is especially eaten for breakfast with a range of savory fillings, from potatoes masala to onion or coconut. When I suggested that fruit would be a good substitute, my idea was met with skepticism and sometimes even disgust. This video documents the first known fruit dosa (w/ice cream) in history.

  • Also, looking at your tags, what is "epistamology". I assume it is a typo, but maybe you had something else in mind. ;)

  • hahahaha...

sure it was good you guys! 6 of you have been eating that dosa for 10 mins!!

  • Saswati has just informed me that there is a place on the corner of MG Road and Church Street in Bangalore that serves Fruit Dosas, but not Ice Cream Dosas. More research is clearly needed.
