@beth it really brings out the flavor of the carrots. I also add a little sugar free maple syrup as they are cooking. they are sooo yum my girl eats them if i do them that way otherwise she wont touch them

Ya know, I don't remember ever having carrots as a side dish growing up. They were only cooked when they were in a soup or something like that. I don't think I've ever cooked them myself. I'll have to give this a try. Thanks!

i don't love sweet veggies, so carrots aren't my thing unless they are in chicken soup and coleslaw. but i like your videos... preferably times three. :)
