@marcodossena GOD would you give hime a break.. You sound like that idiot that posted on his cover of "Eye Of The Hurricane" --have any of you tried to PLAY this music note for note like he is doing? he has a nice voice but he could just play the song and still blow most hack folk singers away.
i don't even know this man but obviously you son't know guitar.

Anyway I can get a tab for this?

@RandomKidWithGuitar I do not read or use tab, I just go by ear. However, there is a great tab site by Joel Risberg at: james-taylor(dot com). Go to the Forum and look under Musician's corner. Joel (aka jrisberg)
has a phenomenal number of TAB for JT.
Cheers,
Jeff

Jon here again. Really enjoy your relaxed playing. I can't seem to relax when I know I'm being recorded. I see you're using a small condenser mic for the guitar. Are you also using a guitar pickup? Is it the LB6? I'm still not decided if I want a pickup in my (future) Olson. Jim recommends the LB6, but some people tell me the synthetic saddle material the LB6 uses affects the guitar's tone negatively over the standard bone saddle. It's all subjective though, I suppose.

@GraceMusik For me, relaxing is directly correlated to how well I know the piece I'm performing.
Regarding the pickup, yes, I use the LB6 into a Pendulum SPS-1 preamp. I also use the Schoeps CMC6/MK4 condenser and blend the two. To each their own. I have spent countless hours tweaking and swapping equipment. I took the whole Fishman Matrix road at one point, just like JT. I even considered having a special bridge with individual pickups. But I knew better.....!

@ljtowle Wow, you don't do "low end" anything, do you ;-) As you say, to each his own. I am selling off some higher-end recording equipment and going back to lower end (but still great) stuff. Part of that is to fund the inflated-priced Olson ;-) and part of that is just to simplify things "for me." Again, really enjoy your playing. Take care.

@GraceMusik I tried a LOT of mid-low range gear over the years and just couldn't get the sound I ha in my head. I'm still trying to get it!! Best of luck with your own personal
sound-quest :^)
