Left 4 Dead 2 demo Weird glitch/bug

This is what happened after I charged (using the charger) the survivors camping on the stairs in the safehouse.. We didnt know how tthis happened but I think its really weird..

For some reason, the zombies do not show up when I puke on the glitched survivor, and the other survivors went on ahead to take advantage of me recording this video xD.

Nope, this is not hacked. We only used the infected unlocker plug-in since this is only the DEMO
