Vocal Reverb Effect in Audacity

A quick, quirky way of adding reverb to any sound file (works well with vocals). Hopefully the steps are obvious from the captions in the video, but if not, essentially you reverse a clip, add reverb, then reverse again, so you end up with backwards reverb!

Please pause it at each step to see the settings for reverb etc, as too much reverb can sound horrible!!

@ginises83 you can apply reverb without reversing it, but by reversing it you create quite a cool, but gimmicky, effect.

Someone help me plz.When i do my first recording its ok but when i do the second the volume is to low its lower then the first one.How come and why are THESE two the same volume?

I did this with exact same settings it was like 10 times too much! What is the key thing to adjust down? Someone mentioned amplification above but the gverb has not setting for amplification. Ideas?

i did it without the reversing and my reverb settings were default and it sounded way too robotic

what version of Audacity is this? I just downloaded 1,2,5 for my mac... and there is no reverb section or button/ drop down in this version.....
