I am sensitive also and I feel radiation standing in the same room when the microwave oven is on, like a tingling sensation in my stomach, a bad feeling. Also I was very sensitive to old CRT monitors that were hazardous to our health and big old TVs. But generally I am not sensitive to anything else.

That is the fact and again we were al fooled. Maybe this is the first real proof how dangerous they are.

again this device is a professional device RF meter, it is so sensitive because it is used for measuring harmful High Frequency Fields, and meter never goes off like that in "normal conditions". Well normal conditions are gone forever, maybe they are still present somewhere in Amazonia or in Afica without mobile network, WI fi, Radars etc.

A microwave is not supposed to be turned on EMPTY. The radiations have nothing to absorb them and they have nowhere to go but..... ??

In fact, about that glass of water... People should make sure it cools down on its own before touching, because it can boil suddenly and explode (superheating effect).

I wonder at what distance could you get a real reading from it, while it works (which would be a number near the end of the scale).

By the way, you should always put a glass of water inside the oven while doing such tests, so it doesn't run without a "load".

I'm not comfortable with microwave ovens either, but I think if it's truly radiation there would be residual radiation in the microwave right? Try putting the device inside the microwave shortly after the microwave is turned off. If that is radiation then it should still measure right? I think the microwaves are interfering with your device. I'm not sure. This is not an area I have any knowledge in but I'm using common sense.
