Greenscreen on Greenland: The changing arctic. We've just returned from the arctic where we filmed this short report and hours of HD footage of the region. We went there to capture stunning images of a vanishing polar landscape, and to gauge people's feelings about climate change. Central to the trip was the incredible Ilulissat Icefiord in the arctic circle, which has been shown to be warming faster than nearly any other part of the northern hemisphere. However, as the debate about climate change continues further south, attitudes to the effects of rising temperatures there are perhaps less 'polar'. For some, including the fishermen we spent time with, it means that life may well become easier, and places more accessible. Of course, it's also leading to a wave of interest in the country's natural mineral and oil deposits. A complex picture, which we could only give a taste of as we traveled north. The many hours of footage we filmed in full HD will be added to Greenscreen's new video library service Greenstock, which will launch in the new year. Much more information on that to come, as well as our other award winning video, PR and coaching services on www.greenscreenon.com
Beautiful work Greenscreen - wonderful images, will certainly check out Greenstock.
Together we can turn this train wreck around - here's to a just and safe environment for all. Keep up the great work!
