@aaveragejoe also.. the new Port Mann Bridge will have the possibility of supporting LRT, which means that if the need arises, we can just extend the LRT from 104th to Hwy 1
reducing air pollution and traffic congestion: so they're going to narrow the busiest corridor in surrey to 2 lanes and you call it REDUCING traffic congestion and air pollution? By all means, both will increase due the narrower right of way and the much larger amount of idling cars
