Telecommunications infrastructure provider, Kenya Data Networks and Family Bank have entered into a partnership to support the extension of internet connectivity. Through the joint venture, Family Bank will provide up to 75 percent financing to real estate owners and businesses that require wireless internet connectivity through KDNs network. At the same time, the Banks 50 branches will be transformed into Digital Villages that will provide clients with free internet access.
