@paqart that's awful, what have you done to your wrists? I get aches in my wrists after doing a lot of handstands, is this damaging them do you think?

Just so everyone knows, I learned to do a handstand by putting my hands on the ground in an open field, then practiced lifting my feet off the ground by about an inch. Once I could hold that (it is much harder than going all the way), I worked on bringing my legs over my head. The unfortunate result of all the handstands is that now, at age 43, my wrists have been injured, so I don't practice handstands anymore.

I was 36 when the vid was taken. When I was 20, held the pose every day for 6 minutes, came out of it very slowly. Age catches up with everyone...
