Remote controlled car with live video using Android

One Android phone is fixed to the car using a cheap cellphone mount for cars (although I'm using it the wrong way around) and a few screws. It provides light using it's LED flash and streams the video to my other Android which is just displaying the video for now but I want to use it to control the car when my Arduino finally arrives.

The car is a slightly modified Mad Bull/Mad Fighter/Fighter Buggy, the remote control was originally meant to be used for rc planes. The camera phone is an SGSII and the display phone is a Galaxy Spica.
