  • how to let it fly:

    #1. get on your roof

    #2. grab your NXT

    #3. throw your NXT gently off the roof

    #4. IT FLEW!!! ( for 0.5 second )

  • Reasons why it did not fly:

    1. The angle on the lego blades is 0 degrees, thus making no lift

    2.The thing is very heavy

    3.The wiresw keep it from flying

    Try to get an IR Receiver from a remote control helicopter to control it instead. Also, you might want to consider taking off the rotors from that heli too and use it on the lego one.

    Yes, but they don't have huge plastic plates for propellers, do they?

  • i dont know if it will work but i see alot of rc helicopters with a pair of counter-rotating propellers above the other ones.. i might work..

  • add two more blades

    

  • Use a big gear on the motor and a small gear on the wing. Use 2 motors to keep it balanced

    

  • Retard, cant get blades like that to lift off
