Exercises For Increasing Focus while Playing the Guitar

"Music soothes the savage beast... " Right?! Or Not.

I was messing around the other day with Macbook's isight camera and my guitar the other day - checking out what quality of video I could take - when my little sister ran into the room... when she saw herself on the screen, that's all it took. LOL Hope you enjoy. :D

(Had some problems getting the audio and video to line up with each other... I'm playing the same song (one I wrote recently) in both the audio and video... just not always the same part of the song at the same time.) ;)
