  • Just south of Carmel huh? Right on. I probably live 5 minutes from you.

So would you recommend going there this Halloween season?

  • @ssbrosking36 - It's definitely a neat place to see. There are still a bunch of claims that have not been ruled out. Quite a ton of myths from a ghost little girl, all the way to seeing UFOs!

If you have the time, I would go check it out.

  • If it were just drunk people on horses, why would they be out there every day and night. Stuff happens during the day, and at night. There has to be more to it then just some drunk people. Who knows how many people have died or what has happened out there. I just went to The Seven Pillars yesterday and man, that place was scary as hell. There was huge stones being thrown at me and my cousin twice and i got an EVP whispering my name and another deep voice. Im tellin ya, Peru, IN is freaky..

  • @researchinparanormal - Oh I agree, Peru is a hotspot, for UFOs as well as other forms of paranormal phenomena. I do agree that there are many legitimate claims and experiences at Oki Pinokie, some are too wild and unexplainable. My purpose of making this was to show that there are people out there whose intentions are less then honorable. Possibly 1/2 or so may be contaminated by such actions, while the other 1/2 is why we hunt!

  • So what are the true hauntings ???

  • just drunk people on horses... admitting in detail, to being the reason for all the stories.

  • I'm from Kokomo, a short drive to Peru. My aunt and uncle own "Okie Pinokie". I can tell you that it's not ''haunted" or anything like that. It's just horse trails. There is almost always people in the area, fishing, riding horses and whatnot. As far as any weird supernatural type thing happening it's probably just some locals hearing a car come down the drive and having a little fun with them.

  • were just trying to get are own fun in sorry its at your expence but if you hang and wait it out you will see us all pop outta the woods and try to scare you even more.......but over all i think their are nice spirts watching over us out in the woods and then us drunken horsemen and woman....

  • let me set some stuff straight first of all i am one of the many people that try and scare you we injoy it and its funny to use.....but their is some spots in the woods that make you think but nothing in thoes woods will hurt you in any way except for some of the creeps that drive down their for what ever reasons you might not always hear us or see us we have spots all thru out the woods to hide out in we see you driving past us so we scream out like being killed, wistle, make creepy sounds.....
