Destiny Arts Center's New Home!

Enjoy this informational video on Destiny Arts Center, a non-profit out of Oakland, CA serving youth across the Bay Area. We are happy to announce that we are in the process of purchasing a new building int he area.

Destiny Arts Center exists to end isolation, prejudice and violence in the lives of young people.

All of the programs of Destiny Arts Center are designed and implemented in service to our mission, and its mandate to end isolation, prejudice and violence in the lives of young people. Because our path to addressing these issues has always been through the performing and martial arts, we provide a nurturing forum to not only explore some of the difficult situations that our students face on a daily basis, but to reshape these challenges into powerful, and high-quality works of art that help develop and enhance the creative skills of the children and youth that participate in our programs.

This group help students at Job Corps learn self confidence that followed for the rest of their lives. 

The martial arts program rocked. I won a lot. lol The teacher called me "Scruffy" lol Good to see he is still growing children into men. WHERE IS MY CKL Championship trophy...lol
