One way to roast green coffee beans over an open fire. Taken from a cooking video we did in 1996. Starring a good friend of ours Dave Taylor

  • I love the Blue Lion. Dave looks so young!

  • That looks great. I have figured out the best way to make a latte at coffeeloverstipsandtricks (.) com

  • I've recently discovered a coffee house that uses beans that have been wood fire roasted. It's the BEST coffee I've ever tasted. Nothing like it. : )

  • When I lived, up muka, in Kealakekua, Hawaii, I lived on a run -down place that had beaucoupe coffee bushes. I would pick the coffeee berries when they were red and squeeze out the white beans from the hulls and dry them in the sun.

Then, after they dried, I would roast them like pop-corn until they were dark. The aroma was rapture!!! Kona Coffee- sun dried and fresh roasted!!! What a gift from heaven!
