Did we loose everyone in MGO to MW2? Lobby discussion

During the early release of MW2 (COD6) there was barely a soul to be found on the MGO server. It was so bad I wondered if the tournament was rigged, like how people used to try and cheat to win tournaments :(

Has the MGO community recovered from the release of MW2? Are people coming back? Have people come back? Should they even bother come back given how Konami's support for EU / NA is practically non-existent?

IMO you lost all your players to any decent online game that came out since MGO. Like I said before people who misuse the game's mechanics to kill noobs made us leave. I remember where real skill was having a real shoot out where you had to kill your oponite fairly, where 1 shot head shots never existed. Back where you played MGO without getting mad, before everyone argued. Now it's just a sad excuse....If Konami makes MGO3, it'll happen again, you can't expect them to take out HS'.

@Hiramthedude I want to go back to MGO but my PS3 broke my MGS4 disc. It got jam and crack the CD. If only we could download PS3 games.....
