Didn't the profet Mohammed(PBUH) said to his followers:

Mohammed(PBUH) is the messenger of Allah.

And those who are with him are hard against unbelievers and tender among each other(believers:even cristians,jews and people of the book)

Wasn't it our profet Mohammed(PBUH) who said:

Allah is merciful for those who are merciful to one another.
