ATWT 10-8a: Nuke kiss #17; Brian offends Luke by rejecting gay film festival; Lily won't forgive Lucinda

NOTES COMING SOON. I have a balanced view re: Brian vs. Luke. I will say that I like Noah's rational attitude these days. And I love Brian's honesty, especially when confronting Lucinda.

Guys, sorry for the delay. I've been out of town and my girlfriend was supposed to edit/upload but she forgot the instructions. There'll be about 6-8 videos before I'm caught up. The 2-part video from 10-8 will have Nuke. There will also be a bonus video of an unaired romantic Nuke scene.

I agree. When Noelle Beck took over, it wasn't so much a re-cast than a completely different character. The new Lily lacked any maternal instincts and looked more comfortable partying and dining than she did in the kitchen.

Absolutely. When Luke was in a wheelchair, we dubbed him "Grouchy Luke." He snapped at everyone yet did it with such wit that we missed Grouchy Luke after he cheered up. Van is amazing. Check out the short video, Time Machine, here on YouTube. It stars Van Hansis in a comedic role, and the guy displays perfect timing. Funny stuff. And like ATWT, he plays a sexually frustrated character.

Luke isn't a jerk!

Recently, Luke had definitely days where he was a real jerk. Being moody and feeling sorry for oneself is one thing, but when you adversely affect those who love you, you're being, well, a real jerk.

Many of my patients are in wheelchairs and some are dying. Some handle it well and some are grouchy. Luke was grouchy. Whether it was justified is arguable, but he was definitely grouchy. But not yet a jerk, like he is now.

Brian was wrong- the cycle of discrimination and social stigmatization of sexuality continues because of that kind of myopic viewpoint- that having anything to do with gay people is a roadblock to speaking to everyone from a marketing standpoint. People with no vision or talent think that way and only serves to divide us further in order to exploit us. Brian's way of thinking is never justifiable or intelligent. It will always be offensive.

Just that I've seen another kiss clip that says 'seventeenth kiss'..

In that clip Luke says 'I love you' to Noah in a most beautiful way, just before they kiss!!

Luke is cute but will have a short shelf life. Brian and Noah seem to improve with age.  Just my opinion.
