These are the fundemental and core values that are key to the conservative movement as it pushes forward, and this is the legacy handed to us by strong leaders that we must remember and fight for each and every step of the way.

@chrycohauler you do understand the south was comepletely Democrat back in the 60s right? In fact it was Democrats that passed the racist Jim Crow laws in the first place. Republicans have a long history of believing in personal liberties......until the ultra-righteous evangelicals got involved that is. @chrycohauler Liberals are not the ones who fought slavery. Progressive legislation is what carried the day in the 1960s. Liberals aren't suspicious or afraid of differences. Diversity has a long and true tradition for the left wing. Not all conservatives are stupid, but most stupid people tend to be conservative.
