Emily Van Horn shows me how trauma lives in our lives - even if we aren't aware of it. And how to release it. This is the first episode that was so powerful to me on a personal level that it made me cry. Distributed by Tubemogul. For more info. go to CreateYourHealth.com/somatic-trauma-resolution

  • @adrianaUCLA - Thanks! I've just posted a few new videos and you can check out even more info. on my main website - create your health dot com

  • Hey! So much courage to do that so open-heartedly on video. I'm doing STR now and I love it. Very interesting modality!

  • @timetimeful - STR is wonderful. I really felt a release from that pain and I carried it with me for years. When you do this work send me a note and let me know how it goes. If you work with Emily please give her my love and let her know that you saw her video on the Create Your Health Channel on You Tube.

  • @CreateYourHealth Hey, man. Thanks for sharing, I really appreciate it.

  • Healing things by tracking them somatically is wonderful.

This was really nice to watch and it's brave of you to open up on camera and let us see a snippet of your experience so that other people can feel drawn to trying out various routes to helping their bodies and themselves.

Some people feel it's a bit of a risk to try out something unknown. I think your videos will be an encouragement to them, showing how easy and even pleasurable much of it is.

(reposted as i deleted it by accident!)

  • @emanitudism Hey-Thanks for the comment. This episode was a little "scary" to edit as I felt really exposed but I think it's a good thing...live fearlessly! I appreciate your tuning in!
