You're drums sound great, you don't need any help with that, but I also think it could be partly great quality mics. Anyways, have you tried Evans EC2's? They have phenomenal resonance and are so easy to tune with very little ringing. You can get a wide range of sounds from them. But then again, I'm a girl and belong in a kitchen, not behind a drumset... Lol.

@lilmsdrummer the mics are very cheap actually. the whole set costs about 150$ lol they are Nady drum mics. btw... I noticed your question on the other video on which drums I use. It's Tama Superstar drum set. I use Evans G2 heads on the batter side and G1 on the resonant and I found it was great. But I was actually considering buying EC2's for the next time I change batter heads on the toms just to see how those work :)
