whos f-ing idea was it to let the majority of ppl become vampires when they need humans to survive. this wouldnt be given a second thought in real life to spread it purposely. thats genetic engineering and violation of human rights. WooooW, no aging who cares wen ur be extinct in a decade

Plus people would have just freaked out and killed all the vampires. The movie is kind of cool visually, but the message and premise is bullshit.

@majorevangelism - yeah but most of the cured vampires are being completely drained of blood and therefore dying. theres no mathematical way to assume how many "should" have survived.

@GinTonicdrink i kno why there eating each other his brother bit the first cured blood guy, jus saying if 8 vamps eat 1 cured all 8 r cured if 8 more ate 1 o the 8 cured 16 wud be cured if one 1 of the 16 cured was eaten by another 8 24 wud be cured and so on. add a negative variable on account of lack of reason to eat just 1 than at least 13-17 shud have survived instead only 5

@majorevangelism it was a chain reaction... they ate Sam Neil and so get cured and when they become cured the other still vampire soldiers ate the cured soldiers.
