The worst part about gambling is that the gov gambling (lottery) has the worst odds/payout ratio of any gambling institution in the US. Just take the pick 3, odds of winning 1/1000, payoff, 500:1, a 50% take. NJ slot machines are only allowed like 9% take. Then the gov gives the casino the right to ban someone who is smart enough to win at blackjack without cheating. How is this possible? If you are smart enough to beat the house, the house should take the loss, or stop playing the game.

So the Horseshoe Casino weasels it's way around regulations designed to restricts casino operations... so hate the government.

Regulations are a two-way street, though. Government writes them for populace and themselves, and the populace writes them for the government and themselves. To fight against the concept of regulations isn't just a fight against the state, but the people too.
