  • WOW, that is insane man!!! Excellent work!!! Rock on Mike N

  • i always thought you should extended your elbows all the way, like a dead hang briefly. That's a pullup, not a 1/2 or 3/4 rep.

  • @TheLurker101 you can, just depends on your goal. I do mine from a dead hang most of the time.

  • doh, wish i found this vid 2 weeks ago. did my neck ha ha

    thanks for the tips

  • @teeb000 no problem

  • Is there a correct position for the legs?

Inever know what to do with them

  • @MysticReverie Just let the legs hang down in front, if they come up a bit that is fine.

  • how do you keep form using your arms more than your lats? i was taught that you keep you head up so you are not using your arm muscles to pull you up

  • @TheLurker101 you can extend your elbows all the way, but don't let your arms go slack. your lats should always be tight

  • Thanks for the tip, this tip was like a gem.

a lot of people dont know about this.

    again thanks for the tip.

  • Thanks for this. Think I was guilty of the chicken neck.

  • Where did you get the bar? and awesome chin ups

  • nice car.

  • @khd1029 it doesnt?

  • @bbvibrabb thats is weird man chinups are alot easier i think u mean 10 pull ups. pull ups are the ones where ur palms are facing away

  • hey guys does this exercises make me grow taller ????

  • Could anybody please tell me why my pinky and my ring figer get very tensed, to the point that i cant even move or extend them, when I do chin ups? I just started working out and I feel my left arm kinda weak like I can control it very well like I do with my right arm, i dont feel pain i just feel it little bit numb. ive been using the iron gym and I noticed that the material they use for the handles gets worn out and it gets really hard to grasp on them very tight, could that be the reason?
