Burpee variation that taxes the entire leg.
How To:
Begin in a standing position. Bend over to place your hands on the floor and kick both feet back ヨ one to the floor, and one raised in the air. Perform a standard pushup while keeping one leg up and off of the floor. As you push back up, bring your planted foot up between your hands and keep your other leg raised off the floor. Jump into the air on one leg and land ready to repeat.
